Stinjan - Puntizela
Apartments are located in a house in a small place
of Stinjan, suburb of
Pula in Istra, Croatia.
Stinjan is situated between Pula (5km) and Fazana
(2km) facing the famous Brioni Islands, and
Putizela is a nearest bech with a bar and
restaurants, toilets etc... Facing the
islands of Brioni, there are also boat
excursions to some of the near islands... Pula it self is a
historical city, over 3000 years old ! There are
many historical monuments like Amfiteather,
August temple, "Golden gates", Kethedral,
Kastel…
Brioni Islands are also famous with their
special micro climate and lots of exotic flora
and fauna, and animal species, but most of all
because it has been a summer residence palace
for presidents.
Thus lots of history in it :) Now fully open for tourist excursions.
A few nearby towns you could also visit from hear,
locatd on the coast: Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec,
Medulin, Rabac, Opatija… and some of the pearls
of inner Istria like: Motovun, Oprtalj,
Grožnjan,Limski kanal, Sanvicenat, Labin.
Istra is also
well known gastronomically, with many of local
local delicacies in food, wine and olive oils...

House
There are three tourist apartments for
rent in the same house. All of them are 3 *
stars category, with Satelite TV and balcony, two of them equiped with Air condition and one with ceiling fan. For larger groups
extra accomodation can be also arranged. The
house is situated in a quite street with not much
traffic.
There are 2 shops, a Tobacco shop and 2
restaurants very nearby, walking distance.
In Stinjan there are 2 tennis clubs, each with
multiple courts to rent.
Beach with bar, restaurants,
toilet etc.. is only around 10 min walking, and
we recommend having dinner on Puntizela or
Fazana while enjoying the beautiful sunset over
Brioni........
